Plaid fabric was commercially woven. Back is a black fabric. Has flap over the back so you can place a pillow insert inside.

Does NOT come with pillow form/insert. If you would like the pillow form please message me for the extra cost. A 20x20 pillow form will fit this pillowcase, a larger size will make it fluffier.
